ASSUMPTION OF RISK & CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING

READ CAREFULLY: OPERATING HIGH-PERFORMANCE OFF-ROAD MACHINERY LIKE THE BC1000 INVOLVES INHERENT AND UNAVOIDABLE RISKS, INCLUDING SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY, PERMANENT PARALYSIS, OR DEATH. These risks may result from terrain conditions, equipment failure, weather, or operator error. By purchasing, assembling, or operating any products from Bonanza Mini Bikes LLC, you acknowledge these extreme dangers and voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with the equipment.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY & WAIVER

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Bonanza Mini Bikes LLC, its owners, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of the design, manufacture, assembly, or use of the BC1000 chassis or related components. THIS RELEASE APPLIES EVEN IF THE INJURY OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF BONANZA MINI BIKES LLC.

INDEMNIFICATION (THE THIRD-PARTY SHIELD)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bonanza Mini Bikes LLC from any and all third-party claims, lawsuits, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your operation, maintenance, or assembly of the equipment. If your use of this product causes harm to another person or their property, you are solely responsible for all resulting legal and financial consequences.

INTENDED USE & OPERATIONAL BOUNDARY

The BC1000 chassis is a specialized off-road component.

• OFF-ROAD USE ONLY: THIS EQUIPMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USE ON PUBLIC ROADS, STREETS, OR HIGHWAYS.

• CLOSED COURSE: Use is intended only for private property or designated closed-course off-road environments.

• SAFETY GEAR: Operation requires a DOT-approved helmet, eye protection, and full-coverage safety gear at all times.

BUILDER RESPONSIBILITY & LIMITED WARRANTY

Bonanza Mini Bikes LLC provides the BC1000 as a component for custom assembly. The final builder is the Manufacturer of Record for the completed machine.

• LIMITED MANUFACTURING WARRANTY: We warrant that the frame is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Once assembly or modification begins, the builder assumes all responsibility for the structural integrity of the machine.

• MODIFICATIONS: Any welding, drilling, or structural modification to the frame after purchase voids this limited warranty and transfers 100% of the liability to the modifier.
